QAD Consultants Needed for Large Houston-Based Firm

This is what I have on the position so far. Client is ready to pay $70-85/hour DOE for one (1) on-site Progress Developer with QAD experience and one (1) Progress DBA with QAD experience. Starting duration is 6 months to a year. I will add details as they become available.
